Luanda — The ambassador of Turkey to Angola, Ahmet Ihsan Kiziltan, Tuesday, in Luanda, said that his country?s businesspeople are interested in investing in Angola in order to help in diversification of the economy of Angola and boost the strategic sectors, such as industry and aviation.

"We know that Angola wants diversify its economy and industries and Turkish companies may help in this regard", the diplomat told journalists, after a meeting granted by the Angolan Parliamen speaker, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.

He added that the commercial relations with Angola will cover different domains, thus the Turkish are "experts in the agricultural, construction, fabric sector, consumption goods and energy".

According to the diplomat, the intention of his country is creating conditions for Angolan investors to invest in that market, and announced that soon the Turkish Air line will start flying to Angola.

He also highlighted the cooperation in military domain and stressed the recent visit of warship from Turkish Navy to the Republic of Angola.

Ahmet Ihsan Kiziltan replaced Hamit Osman Olcay, in his first diplomatic mission as ambassador.
